During the 6 month placement in general practice as an ST2 there is an additional teaching program to complement the small group work the trainees get from ST1. This runs over the 6 months time frame that the trainee is in general practice and is facilitated by a nominated GP educator. There is an induction to this in the form of an away day. We then meet 2-3 times a month over the course of the 6 months. Please see the timetable here. |
